Where is my order?
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. As soon as it ships, we'll send your tracking information, and you can follow your package anytime on our Track Your Order page using your order number. Didn't receive tracking? Check your spam folder and confirm you got an order confirmation, then email us at hello@gpax.co if you still can't find it.
When will I receive my order?

My tracking isn't updating.
This is normal in the first few days. Tracking often shows no movement until your package reaches your destination country, which can take several days after it ships. If your tracking still shows nothing 15 days after you received the link, email us at hello@gpax.co and we'll look into it for you.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, which means all import duties and taxes are handled by us and included in the price you pay. You won't be charged any extra fees on delivery.
My delivery is late or missing.
Please email us at hello@gpax.co with your order number, and our team will handle it for you and make sure your order is sorted.
My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received it.
First, please check with members of your household and your local post office, as packages are sometimes handed over or held for collection. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us at hello@gpax.co and we'll investigate with the carrier. Please note these investigations rely on the carrier and can take some time.
How do I change my shipping address?
Email us at hello@gpax.co as soon as possible with your order number. We can usually update your address before your order ships, but not after. Please make sure your address is complete and correct at checkout, including any apartment or unit numbers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in processing and changes are no longer possible. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
Why was my order cancelled?
Usually either your payment didn't pass our security checks, in which case please check your details and try again, or an item was unavailable, in which case we'll email you to find the best solution.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. You can read the full details in our Return & Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Head to our Returns page, enter your order number and email, and submit your request with a reason and photos. Once reviewed, we'll send you return instructions. Please don't send anything back before submitting a request, as returns sent without one can't be accepted.
How will I be refunded?
Approved returns are refunded as store credit, which never expires and can be used on any future GPAX order. As international return shipping can be slow and costly, store credit and exchanges are usually the faster and easier option. If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep your statutory right to a refund to your original payment method, as explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless your item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
What if my item is faulty, damaged, or wrong?
Contact us at hello@gpax.co within 10 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product, the issue, and the product label. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund at no return cost to you.
What sizes do you offer?
Sizing details are listed on each product page. Our leggings and shorts have a compressive, second-skin fit, so if you're between sizes or prefer more room, we recommend sizing up. Seamless pieces have natural stretch, so your usual size usually works well. Always check the size guide on the product page before ordering.
What are your products made from?
Our activewear uses high-quality, breathable performance fabrics, and the exact blend varies by product, listed on each product page. As an example, our seamless leggings are 90% polyamide and 10% elastane for four-way stretch and support.
How do I care for my activewear?
Care can vary slightly by product, so always follow the wash label on your item. As a general rule, most pieces are best machine washed cold at 30°C, with no bleach, no tumble drying, and no ironing. Items damaged after delivery by washing or handling that didn't follow the care label aren't eligible for a refund or replacement.

GPAX is designed in the Netherlands and ethically produced in carefully selected partner factories.
